To check your order status, sign in to your account, Go to Account, then My Orders, then you can view all order statuses here.
Click "View Details" next to the order for more information.
Invoices
If this order is invoiced, then there will be an option to Download Invoice on this page. If this is not showing, the order has not yet been invoiced.
If the invoice is not showing, this is usually because it is a new order that has not yet been processed. Check back later to access your invoice. If the order should have been invoiced already (it is a past order) but it is not showing - then please contact us for further support.
