- No AP detected?
- Confirm PoE and Ethernet connectivity; ensure controller and AP are in same broadcast domain.
- Multiple controllers running?
- Make sure only ONE controller (Cloud Key or software) is active
- Firewall blocking?
- Allow necessary ports: 8080, 8843, 10001, 3478 (UDP/TCP)
- Provisioning via DNS?
- Use DNS CNAME to direct inform requests to controller host
- LED doesn’t turn blue?
- Recheck SSH inform steps, re-adopt in controller, and confirm firmware compatibility.
