What condition should I send the goods back in?
All items should be returned in good condition. This includes:
- the original packaging
- all components and documents included
How should I pack the products?
Products should be securely packaged so no damage can be caused to the product or the product packaging in transit. It should also have your RMA confirmation sheet attached with a clear view of the reference and bar code.
